Refund policy
►Quality Life Coffee only provide defective goods within seven days of replacement service (goods pickup day counting, limited to replace the same price goods), if you need to replace the goods please fill out the replacement application form.
*Defective products: Packaging is damaged, scratched, or incomplete due to transportation.
►If there is no special reason and prior notification, we will not provide defective replacement service for more than 7 days after delivery.
►Please keep the product in good condition without any signs of unsealing.
Please keep the product in new condition and make sure that the main product, user manual, registration letter, peripheral parts, invoice, related accessories, etc. are not missing, and return them together with the original package so that Quality Life Coffee can process the refund for you.
►If the product is damaged, abraded, scuffed, scratched, dirty, or packaged in a damaged or incomplete condition due to improper use, disassembly, or other human factors, and cannot be returned in its entirety, or if the returned food has been consumed, damaged, destroyed, or cannot be returned, Quality Life Coffee will reimburse the cost of restoration to its original condition, or reimburse you proportionally for the preservation condition of the product. If the product is not returned, Quality Life Coffee will reimburse you for the cost of restoring the product to its original condition, or request a proportionate amount of the product's price based on the product's condition.
